1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting an application through the Audio Visual Genius LLC ("AVG", "we", "us", or "our") Join the Team form, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information.

2. Use of Submitted Information

By submitting your application, you expressly consent to Audio Visual Genius LLC collecting, storing, and utilizing all information you provide — including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, work experience, availability, and any additional notes — for the following purposes:

• Evaluating your suitability for current and future employment or contract opportunities with AVG.
• Contacting you regarding open positions, work opportunities, scheduling, and event staffing needs.
• Maintaining an internal talent database for workforce planning and production staffing.
• Sharing your information with AVG partners, clients, or event organizers when relevant to a staffing need.
• Any other business purpose reasonably related to AVG's production and staffing operations.

3. Data Retention

Audio Visual Genius LLC reserves the right to retain your submitted information indefinitely for internal staffing and talent management purposes. You may request removal of your information at any time by contacting us at info@audiovisualgenius.com.

4. No Guarantee of Employment

Submission of an application does not guarantee employment, a contract, or any compensation. AVG reserves the sole right to determine whether to contact, hire, or engage any applicant at its discretion.

5. Accuracy of Information

You represent that all information submitted is accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from consideration and termination of any existing engagement.
